Our professors take your jiu jitsu journey seriously. We understand that starting a martial art can be challenging and downright intimidating, but our goal is to help you overcome all hurdles and reach your goals. We strive to welcome you with a friendly atmosphere and family-friendly space where all can come and try out a class, learn new martial arts techniques in a technical, fun way, and still get a great workout in. We analyze your starting point, what your martial arts goals are, and what you want out of a jiu-jitsu school to create your individualized jiu-jitsu plan.

         Division One is a new branch affiliated with GFTeam Brazil, which is one of the BIGGEST Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Teams in the World.
